1. Free Shipping/Economy International Shipping using Register Mail Service (RLN) Indonesia Post with regular tracking number, the estimated time to arrived in destination :
- United States : 13-23 business days
- Europe : 13-20 business days
- Russia Federation : Up to 30 business days
- Canada : Up to 30 business days & can't be tracked package
- Australia : 12-20 business days
- Asia : 12-20 business days
- Another country/region : 15-28 business days
2. If you want faster or change other shipping service please contact me to change the order (With additional fees or upgrades to the express service)
3. Please Input correct shipping address/phone number - be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.
4. We ship our products Monday through Saturday, orders submitted on holidays will be processed/shipped on the next open business day because Indonesia Post off day.
5. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, the distance of the country, buyer's location, weather, and the process on customs facility/postal service
6. If your country is an one of exception in the shipping country, please contact me via message for more info / rechecking
7. Seller is not responsible for the taxes, the import policy and broker services. Those are buyer's responsibility

***** RETURN POLICY & REVIEW PRODUCT *****
1. Before product is shipped, we will check the condition and will be packaged neatly. We accept return an item because damage by shipping, not by buyer. Just contact me within 2 days of delivery and ships item back to me 5 days of delivery.
2. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
3. If you want to ask more about the product, please contact me (you can go to the contact menu). I will try to reply as quickly and as best as possible
